    Terry Walpole

    Technical Director

    Terry is responsible for all technical and process issues within EnSo. His responsibilities extend to technical sales support and product development. With over 40 years in engineering, the last 25 of those years in the wastewater treatment sector in senior positions, Terry has acquired a vast knowledge in the design and function of package wastewater treatment systems.

    Previous positions include Chief Engineer (EWS/Clearwater), Sales and Marketing Director (Sewage Technology Ltd), Technical Consultant (Conder Environmental PLC) and most recently Technical Director (Clearwater Polcon Ltd).

  • Dirk Daude (Dipl.-Ing., PhD)

    Dirk Daude (Dipl.-Ing., PhD)

    Commercial Director

    Dirk is responsible for all EnSo's commericial operations. With a degree in environmental process engineering (University of Bremen, Germany) and a PhD from Cranfield University, Dirk has gained vast experience in the design and evaluation of package wastewater treatment systems, and published a number of related articles.

    Combined with 10 years experience in the UK wastewater sector (most recently as Head of Engineering with Conder Products Ltd), Dirk is highly experienced in project and contract management of larger wastewater package treatment schemes up to 2000 population equivelents for private clients, process contractors and water companies.

  • Dominic Hamblin B.Eng (hons)

    Dominic Hamblin B.Eng (hons)

    Sales and Marketing Director

    Dominic is responsible for all sales and marketing operations of EnSo, including export. With over 10 years experience in wastewater treatment, he has gained a broad range of skills within the industry ranging from product design, project management, servicing, sales proposals and technical sales, he has aquired a thorough knowledge of the market place and all of the products there in.

    Dominic has a B.Eng (Hons) in Environmental Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and also completed a Teaching Company Scheme with the Cranfield University (School of Water Sciences).

  • Ben Walpole

    Ben Walpole

    Production Manager

    Ben's main role within EnSo is the production manager of the EnSo Ocean Range, which encompasses all of our standard and bespoke wastewater treatment solutions. His main responsibilites include manufacture, quality control and logistics. Ben is also the Servicing Manager at EnSo, where he looks afrer EnSo's service contract customers throughout the UK.

    Ben joined us from the Aviation Industry where he gained over 10 years extensive experience in modern production techniques. Ben has a BTEC OND in Mechanical Engineering from Guildford College of Technology and is a British Water Accredited Service Engineer with confined space training

  • Sonia Vickery

    Sonia Vickery

    Office Manager

    Sonia is responsible for all things pertaining to office management, logisitics, procurement and adminstration within EnSo. With over 20 years experience within the financial and insurance sector working for the executive level of management, Sonia has gained invaluable financial, organisational and administrative skills that ensure the EnSo office is run smoothly.

    Previous companies include Pensions Partnership, Norsk Hydro and Lloyds of London, in each case Sonia held the position of PA to the Directors. Sonia is also a British Water Accredited Service Engineer.

  • Mathew Sebastian

    Mathew Sebastian

    Servicing and Maintenance Engineer

    Mat’s role as Service Engineer is to ensure that all different types and ranges of wastewater treatment plant are working correctly and efficiently on various sites across the UK.

    Mat has a background in engineering, working with CNC machinery and programming using AutoCAD. Mat has an advanced GNVQ in Information Technology from Farnborough College of Technology and is a British Water Accredited Service Engineer with confined space training.

  • Karl Beglin

    Karl Beglin

    Apprentice Engineer

    Karl started his appreticeship with EnSo in 2010, through BCOT in Basingstoke. Karl has been involved with the production of the treatment plants we produce and helps with the servicing onsite.

    Karl has been classed as a competent person in confinded spaces (CP1) and is looking forward to devleoping his engineering base further.

  • Claire Kercher

    Claire Kercher

    Sales & Marketing Assistant

    Claire is the newest member of staff at EnSo, being brought in to assist Dominic and the rest of the team. With over ten years' experience in marketing, Claire's main role is to increase the profile of EnSo, both within the water industry and the wider public, and help grow the business, particularly the servicing side.

    Claire's previous work experience includes P&G, The Energy Saving Trust and Constellation Europe, the UK's largest wine producer and distributor, and she hold qualifications from the University of Sussex, the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.

    Claire works part-time and is in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 2pm.
