Ocean Grease Management System
The Ocean Grease Management System is a biological dosing unit that periodically doses the foul drain with a liquid containing a live biological culture, specifically bred to consume Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG). This unit is battery operated and easily mounted on a wall within the kitchen, without the need for electrical power or water. The biological dosing fluid is held within 25-litre containers and is stored underneath a kitchen work surface.
This solution is a cost effective way of dealing with FOGs and is ideal where space is limited.
