Why Barchester Healthcare choose to work with EnSo

Barchester Healthcare has been in partnership with Enso for approximately 4 years. During this time the relationship has developed such that Enso is now the preferred sewage treatment plant contractor for Barchester - covering all aspects - design, install, service, trouble shooting, advice and liaising with the Environment Agency on our behalf.
Barchester Healthcare has a mission statement that begins "By putting quality first into everything we do…". Quality is our prime company value - we operate high quality care homes, employ quality staff and form partnerships with quality contractors. Enso very much falls into this category: It is a high quality company, with a focus on customer service that matches Barchester's own.
For such a relationship to develop between a provider and a customer, trust must exist and for trust to exist, there must be a proven level of service delivery. Enso have gained the trust of Barchester Healthcare by a consistent level of service delivery - both proactively and reactively, providing solutions and sound advice that has stood us in good stead over the years.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Enso International. As a partner, their key strength is their expertise which is second to none in the industry but beyond this, their key attribute is that they listen to their customers. They take the time to understand their customers business - its function and its constraints, whether they be operational, financial or legal and they then propose a solution that suits the customer, not themselves. In Barchester's case, the proposed solution has always worked.
