EnSo Team Building in Snowdonia
24 January 2012
Cader Idris is the 19th highest mountain in Wales, at 2927 feet, but is the second most popular to explore. The EnSo team consisted of Dirk Daude, Terry Walpole and Dominic Hamblin who together with friends, walked up the mountain last weekend.
The weather was on their side and the ascent was managed in a few hours and no injuries! Following a brief stop, the group started the descent and braced themselves with a bit of medicinal brandy to keep the chills away!
Working as a team was very much part of the day: encouraging everyone to keep going and reach the top, helping over stiles and general camarderie helped the climb feel more like a stroll (well, almost).
There were a few sore hamstrings in the office last week as a result but all in all a great weekend away.
